This development includes townhomes, condos and lofts. Units contain 1-3.5 bedrooms and start at 1263 square feet. Condos feature 9 foot ceilings; lofts include 18 foot floor to ceiling windows. Townhomes include private balconies and floor to ceiling windows. All units include plank laminate floating floors in kitchen, living room, dining room, den, hallways and foyer and plush broadloom carpet in bedrooms. Kitchens feature designer cabinetry with polished quartz countertops and Euro-style faucets as well as stainless steel appliances.
