Design
The design of these townhomes was inspired by French country style. Exteriors feature brick, stone stucco and cedar shake details.

Gala Burlington consists of 4 blocks of 2-storey townhomes separated into 3 distinct combinations. Homes range in size from 1537 – 1950 square feet. They contain 3-4 bedrooms and have 2.5 bathrooms. Units have 9’ ceilings on the main floor and 8’ ceilings on the second floor. Main staircases are carpeted and have oak railing and spindles. Kitchens feature custom cabinetry as well as laminate countertops. Ensuite bathrooms include a free-standing bathtub; powder rooms feature a pedestal sink. All units have garages.

This townhome development does not offer shared amenities to its residents. All units include private entrances and a laneway/garage.
Location
Prospective buyers will find Gala Burlington on Dynes Road between New Street and Woodward Avenue.
