Another condo may be coming to Westboro. Trinity Development Group has proposed a new Burlington condo development in the heart of Westboro– at the corner of Richmond Road and Island Park Drive, currently occupied by a gas station. As of now no applications for development have been filed.
The developer’s website doesn’t give much detail about the new Burlington condo development, however, it does state that the proposed condo would open in 2022.
According to Burlington Business Journal, Trinity Development Group has yet to file any applications with the City of Burlington for the proposed build. “The group will need to obtain council approval for any development on the site in accordance with the city’s heritage conservation rules,” due to the fact that the development site in question is on the City of Burlington’s Townhomes watchlist.
