Location
Prospective buyers will find the Waldemar Condos on Guelph Line, just south of New Street. Residents can easily walk to local shops and businesses, and drive to the Burlington Centre and the Walmart Supercenter in less than 10 minutes. They can also enjoy the green space of Central Park, as well as the nearby parks on the Lake Ontario waterfront. Residents can drive to the 407 or the 403/QEW in less than 10 minutes, connecting them with the rest of the GTA. Those wishing to travel can drive to Pearson International Airport in 40 minutes.
