The townhouses will consist of 21 standard townhouse units that will be 3 storeys high, as well as 150 stacked townhouse units. The units will include a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom plans in diverse styles. The developer has not yet provided details regarding the features and finishings of the units. Location
Prospective buyers will find Realm Condos on Thomas Alton Road between Valera and Mikalda Roads, in the Alton Village neighbourhood of Burlington. Residents can drive to the Appleby GO Station in 10 minutes; additionally, Highway 407 is only a few blocks away, connecting motorists to neighbouring cities and downtown Toronto in 40 minutes. Residents can enjoy the green space of nearby Doug Wright Park, Norton Community Park, and Taywood Park. For shopping, they can walk to Smart Centres Burlington North and the Appleby Crossing Shopping Mall, or drive to the Millcroft Shopping Centre in less than 5 minutes. Residents wishing to travel can drive to Pearson International Airport in 25 minutes.
