Nautique Lakefront Residences is a new condominium development coming soon to downtown Burlington.

Design

Nautique Lakefront Residences is housed in an L-shaped glass tower that overlooks Burlington’s waterfront. The modernist design of its lobby features Carrera marble and light warm wood tones, as well as a glass front entry.

Units

This development includes 240 units over 28 storeys. Units range in size from 512 to 669 square feet and have 1-2 bedrooms. Open-concept layout suites will feature 11’6” smooth finished ceilings. Flooring in living room, dining room, bedroom, hallways, foyer and den areas will be plank laminate. Contemporary kitchens will feature Corian countertops and backsplashes, ambient under cabinet lighting and single bowl stainless steel under-mounted sinks with Euro-style modern faucets. The appliance package will include an integrated fridge and dishwasher and built-in oven with ceramic cooktop, as well as a stainless steel microwave. All units will have balconies or terraces.

Amenities

Residents of the building can enjoy a swimming pool and fitness studio with indoor and outdoor yoga space. They can also take advantage of the indoor and outdoor lounges that include bar areas and fireplaces. Additionally, the building offers residents a library, shared dining area and show kitchen.

Location

Prospective buyers will find the Nautique Lakefront Residences on Martha Street, between Lakeshore Road and Pine Street, in downtown Burlington. This is a walkable neighbourhood.
